All donations made to RPMSS are voluntary and are utilized to support our social welfare programs, rural development projects, and community initiatives. Since donations are used immediately for these purposes, they are generally non-refundable. However, if a donor has made an accidental duplicate payment or a technical error has occurred during the transaction, we will verify the case and issue a refund.

Membership fees, event registration charges, or program participation fees are also non-refundable once paid. In case of failed transactions or double deductions, the excess amount will be refunded after due verification.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to rpmssdelhi@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

RPMSS reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time, and changes will be updated on our website. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
