राष्ट्रीय प्रधान मुखिया सरपंच संघ की सामान्य संवैधानिक जानकारी
भारत देश में कुल 2,68,711 गांव सरकार के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्रधान, मुखिया और सरपंच के सामने आने वाली समस्याओं को रोकने के लिए, हर गांव में शहर जैसी सुविधा देने, ग्रामीण कल्चर को आगे बढ़ाने, ग्रामीण प्रवासन से लोगों को फायदा दिलवाने, ग्रामीण विकास के हर पहलू को गांव की विरासतों में जोड़ने और शहरी क्षेत्रों में ग्रामीण लोगों के पलायन को रोकने के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्रधान मुखिया सरपंच संघ के नाम से पंजीकृत संघ के माध्यम से गांव के सरपंच, पूर्व सरपंच, उपसरपंच, एनजीओ संचालक, गांव प्रेमी, सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी को साथ रखकर भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकारों का पंचायती राज विभाग और ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की सभी योजना को सभी गांवों में शुरू करवा के सभी को लाभ दिलवाने में प्रमुख सहायता करेगी ।
राष्ट्रीय प्रधान मुखिया सरपंच संघ के मुख्य पदाधिकारी सभी राज्यों और यूनियन टेरिटरी विस्तार का दौरा करेंगे और सभी राज्यों में रोजगार, मार्ग, मकान, बागायत, आरोग्य, खनिज, संपत्ति, गृह उद्योग, ट्रांसपोटेसन, प्रवासन, खेती, ग्रामीण कल्चर, पंचायती ढांचा, पीने का पानी की हालत, गटर व्यवस्था, वनविभाग की नीतियां, स्कूल शिक्षा, महिलाओं को रोजगार, पशुपालन, कानून व्यवस्था और विभिन्न विभागों का जायजा लेकर क्या दिक्कत है, क्या चाहिए, कहां से मिलेगा, किससे मिलेगा, उससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में क्या बदलाव होगा उस पर सभी जानकारी लेकर राज्य सरकार और केन्द्र सरकार से साथ बैठकर उसका हल निकालने का कार्य करेगा।
